Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, students must:
  • Use the program for a minimum of 30 days.
  • Complete all program content and coursework.
  • Schedule and attend a Readiness Assessment with the NurseMegRN team before taking the NCLEX.
  • Provide proof of a failing NCLEX attempt.
Students who test before completing the recommended 30-day study plan, do not complete the program, or do not attend a Readiness Assessment prior to testing are not eligible for a refund.

If a refund is approved, access to all program materials and member resources will be immediately revoked.

License & Access Policy:
Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license for your personal use only.

You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, transfer, or provide access to this program or any of its materials to another person or entity.

Any unauthorized use will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access without refund
  • Removal from the program and all associated communities
  • Potential legal action for copyright infringement and recovery of damages
